Dr. Destin is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician dedicated to providing unhurried, accessible primary care for Burleson and the surrounding communities.
A graduate of the University of North Texas Health Science Center and the Louisiana State University he has practiced locally as a hospitalist at JPS Health Network (Fort Worth) and Texas Health Huguley (Burleson), where he saw firsthand how much patients needed more time and real access to their doctor.

It's a membership-based model where one flat fee of $119/month* per patient covers comprehensive adult primary care, unhurried and unlimited 30–60 minute visits, and direct text/phone access to Dr. Destin, with no copays or surprise bills.
As a member you get access to significantly discounted pricing on labs and imaging. Where possible, we also advocate and coordinate for discounted pricing on prescription medications.

Not quite. Concierge medicine usually charges a membership fee on top of your regular insurance billing. Direct Primary Care doesn't bill insurance at all. Your membership fee is the only cost for your primary care, which is what keeps pricing simple and predictable.

We welcome members with any insurance or none at all, but we never bill insurance for your clinic visits.
Reclaim DPC covers your everyday primary care, while insurance or a health care plan is recommended for emergencies, hospitalizations, or specialist care.
You are also free to use your insurance for outside labs, imaging, and prescriptions—or take advantage of our discounted member pricing instead.
Reclaim DPC fee is HSA eligible.
